It's not often that you will be faced with very much left-over Canadian Honey Ham, as it's flavour has you returning for seconds and sometimes thirds, when served for a meal. There is however, an incredibly delicious bone and the meat surrounding it that can be used to make fantastic soups and many other dishes.

"We just had a wonderful ham supper. We just couldn't stop eating it. Never tasted anything so good. Are looking forward to making some bean soup with the bone. Will definitely stop in when we visit Ontario."
